JET PLASMA SPECIALIST

Cecelia McNary, also known as Cece, is a Jet Plasma Specialist. Cece is passionate about helping people look and feel their best. Cece is a proud mom to twin girls and a devoted wife. In addition to her work in the beauty industry, she has a background as a personal trainer and nutrition coach, along with experience in the medical field.

PERMANENT MAKE-UP ARTIST

Meet Esmerelda Zurita, also known as Esme – Founder of Ink N’ Ivory.  With nearly five years of experience as a medical assistant, Esme’s journey began in the medical field, where she worked as a medical assistant for nearly five years. While her passion for healthcare and patient care continued to grow, she felt something was missing. Always drawn to beauty and skin anatomy, Esme found a unique way to blend her artistic eye with her medical background. She combined her passion for skin anatomy, beauty, and artistry to create Ink N’ Ivory.

Esme’s journey into permanent makeup began from a personal place—brows that felt incomplete, lips that lacked color, and the desire to feel confident in her skin. After experiencing the transformative power of PMU herself, she knew she wanted to help others feel the same.

Now a proud mom, Esme also discovered the healing benefits of paramedical tattooing, further expanding her mission to empower others through customized, confidence-boosting treatments.

COSMETOLOGIST

Seaana brings her expertise as a Licensed Cosmetologist, focusing on nails, lash extensions and brows. Graduating from Allan Hancock College with an associates degree in cosmetology, she’s ready to elevate your beauty experience. Seaana is a Nipomo native and loves this community and all the people in it. She dedicated to forging strong bonds with her clients and creating a welcoming and safe environment for conversations or relaxing lash naps. Seaana can’t wait to start her journey at the Collective and is ready to beautify you. If she’s not glamming girls you can find her at the gym or spending quality time with family.

BARBER/STYLIST

With over 20 years of experience behind the chair, Jennifer is a seasoned hairstylist, a licensed cosmetologist and barber, known for her expertise across all hair types and textures. Passionate about celebrating natural beauty, Jennifer specializes in curly hair, graceful grey transitions, and helping clients embrace their authentic look with confidence. Her creative journey also includes time spent in the film industry, where she honed her eye for detail and versatility in styling.

Beyond the salon, Jennifer brings the same energy and dedication to the fitness world. As a personal trainer, kickboxing instructor, and martial arts practioner, she embodies a holistic approach to wellness-inside and out. Whether behind the chair or on the mat, Jennifer empowers others to feel strong, confident, and completely themselves.

Shay is a passionate and dedicated up-and-coming hairstylist eagle to grow and expand her skills in the industry. Whether you’re looking for a fresh cut, color or new style, she’s committed to helping clients achieve their hair goals. Always staying current with trends and techniques, Shay strives to deliver exceptional service, ensuring you leave with confidence and style.
